Sooooooo, I have always wanted to play with a fish eye lens.  They are SUPER expensive, tricky to use, and not "really" practical.  All this adversity..... yet, I wanted one anyway.

A few months ago, my friend Erin told me about a local place to rent photography equipment.  Rent equipment???  I had never even thought about it.  Finally, I was gonna get a little play time with the fish eye without blowing my budget.  Brilliant!

Check out The Lens Depot.  They were super friendly, affordable and efficient.  They ship nationwide AND allow locals to pick up there items to save on shipping.  SLP gives them a big thumbs up!

Back to the fish eye.....  can you say learning curve???  Below are a few images of my sweet boy that actually came out "decent".   I will continue to play with it......  and attempt to master it....  and feel GREAT that I didn't splurge to buy it!

Blast from the past. Orlando Family Photographer

Yesterday's post was dedicated to Dads....  but I had to include 2 additional images from the same session which made me smile.  Remember THIS girl???  Here she is again, a few years later  (with her children who are growing WAY too quickly).  Childhood is fleeting.  Savor every moment.  True story.

sooooo sweet.

Happy (belated) Father's Day!

So, I have been saving this entry for Father's Day....
and I had REALLY good intentions of posting it on said day. However, life... travel... and plans with my own "baby daddy" got in the way. So here is a darling session of 2 adorable kiddos paying tribute to the man they call DAD.

These images made me grin from ear to ear and brought a tear to my eye.

fun tickles from daddy.  those giggles were intoxicating.  ;)

a little sugar for daddy.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this image.

melts my heart.  seriously.
Happy Father's Day to all of the AMAZING Dad's out there.  You are loved!
