who knew?

sorry to be such a lame blogger these days. i am "trying" to make the time to post more often. promises... promises! anyway, here is a photo that i snapped on our last trip to the zoo. the kangaroos are never very interactive, but this sight made me laugh out loud.

so my camera came TODAY.... a day earlier than expected! woo hoo! the battery is charging and i can hardly wait to take it out for the maiden voyage. i should have lots of shots to post here next week.

So I call myself a family photographer.... but when I found this little guy outside of his nest, I felt the need to branch out (no pun intended).

He was so cute and obviously very hungry. I snapped a few photos and my husband helped reunite him with his siblings. Momma bird brought food to him pronto. All was well!
